The application process for Legio Fenix is pretty simple, however, it is a bit longer than most guilds. The reason for this is that any raiding member of Legio Fenix is given an equal vote on guild decisions. If you read the charter (to be written soon!) you will see that there is no leadership, at least not in the conventional way that guild handle it.

There are several stages of the recruiting process:
- Recruit – brand new raiding member. This time (usually about a month) is used so that the voting members of LF can get to know you and your raiding abilities to make sure you fit in with us! Note: There is no loot limitations on this rank unless we start to see people joining us for epics and leaving.
- Member – This is a person who has made it past the recruit stage. We know that you like us, and we like you. In this stage, you will be able to cast votes on issues, but that vote will not count towards totals. This gives us a chance to see how you would vote if it was real.
- Voting Member – This is the final stage, at this point you are a full voting member.
For a recruit to move up the ranks, a vote has to be called amongst the voting members. If you get all yes then the person gets to the next rank! If there are any no votes, I will ask those people to clarify what the problems are, and give the recruit feedback and give them a chance to fix any problems before another vote is cast.
UNDER REVIEW: If a recruit gets a vote called, and doesn't advance, then they get one more chance. If a second vote is called and they don't pass, then they will be asked to leave (or be moved to the Friends / Family rank).
If this sounds like more than you want to deal with, this may not be the guild for you. We have all been together playing games for a long time, and we want to make sure anyone we invite into the ranks is a good fit for both us AND the recruit!
