Leap Day wedding? Good idea, I guess that way the husband would only forget the anniversary once every four years.
As for toon names? I'd suggest opening a book to page 73. Choose the nearest book to you right now. On page 73, go to the third sentence and pick the third word. That's your toon name. This works better if you're using a novel, rather than some technical text book, but it's your choice.
